  11. I just bought a USR 28.8 Sportster Vi and when I tried connecting to
  12. my ISP at 19200 baud it worked just like my old 14.4, but when I try
  13. to connect at 28.8 speeds I get the win95 "Sending Name And Password"
  14. dialog box for atleast 1 minute and then I get a "connecting to
  15. network" dialog box for another 15 sec. After about 30 sec into the
  16. "Sending name and password" I can log on to the mail server, and news
  17. server. I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this problem. After
  18. it finishes connecting, everything works fine, but it is annoying not
  19. being able to minimize the dialog box until I am completely connected.
